Cutting
Precision cutting is the foundation of consistent quality. We carefully select premium full-grain leather and strategically cut each piece based on the hide’s natural grain and characteristics. Hand Assembly
Hand assembly is where the case takes its final structure and fit. Skilled artisans precisely align the outer leather, inner lining, and structural reinforcements to ensure dimensional accuracy and long-term stability. Through controlled hand-forming, each case achieves a snug fit that balances protection, durability, and refined craftsmanship.
Stitching
Edge Painting
The process begins with a premium leather edge paint, which refines and protects the case’s perimeter. Each edge is sanded smooth, filled, and layered with multiple coats that build up a rich, durable finish. Through careful polishing, the rough leather is transformed, sealing in a smooth, rounded edge that resists wear and offers a refined, jade-like luster to every contour.
